The Aktrion Hungary team is being recognised

Aktrion Hungary began operations in early 2007. Under the leadership of Istvan Verzsenyi (Managing Director), the team has emerged as a significant player in the quality services sector. Renowned for delivering reliable, professional, and cost-effective solutions nationwide, they have garnered recognition from clients in the Auto, Aero, and Engineering sectors.

A recent success story involved partnering with a major local Tier 1 Auto supplier facing quality challenges with interior parts supplied to a luxury automotive OEM. Despite efforts, their DPPM ratio exceeded 100K, leading to costly measures. Aktrion stepped in to implement an End of Line (EOL) firewall, aiming to reduce PPM escapes to <6,000 and suspend external firewall activity at the OEM site. Thanks to the dedication of our team, we surpassed the target ahead of schedule and continued to decrease PPM levels, alleviating pressure on the OEM. This successful collaboration resulted in early cessation of external activities at the OEM, leading to substantial cost savings.

The Tier 1 manufacturer is now planning to outsource the quality inspection of all their products to Aktrion Hungary. By doing so, the supplier would:

• Implement an independent firewall in their production to reach and maintain the customer requirements without dealing with daily problems.
• Save at least > € 100K on their annual quality cost.
