The damage protocol of our customers eventually determines the unacceptable damages which will be summarized and calculated in a damage report. For electric vehicles, an additional underbody scan detects damages not easily visible.

We provide both short and long-term warehousing solutions, ensuring secure storage for vehicles awaiting registration or delivery. Operating under the Customs Warehousing (CW) procedure, goods like vehicles from outside the EU can be stored in customs warehouse facilities approved and supervised by customs authorities. Payment of import duties, Value Added Tax (VAT), and other charges is deferred until the goods are removed from the customs warehouse.
