Aktrion Print Supports ‘The Rooprai Spinal Trust’

One of the local charities supported by Aktrion Print is “The Rooprai Spinal Trust.”

Marianne Rooprai was a passenger in a car accident 10 years ago that changed her life for ever. She suffered a high level spinal cord injury that left her paralysed from the shoulders down, breaking her neck. To get through this horrendous time Marianne and her partner, Andy setup RST. A 100% voluntary charity and now one of the biggest independent charities in the UK, helping many, many more patients and families.

Aktrion Print have just taken part in the Brocket Hall golf day. The next event to raise awareness of this fantastic charity is “The Gauntlet Games” on the 5th September.

The ‘Aktrion Warriors’ are joining forces with the ‘Newsprint Powerhouses’ to take on the Gauntlet Games & raise money for the RST. With so many great charities & fundraisers out there, the RST don’t want to pester for sponsorship. Instead, we are having a light hearted, fun, sweep steak with a great prize! Afternoon team for two at the iconic Fortnum and Masons store in Piccadilly, London.

To be in with a chance of winning simply email with the predicted time you think it will take our team to complete the ‘Gauntlet.’ The closest prediction to the ‘Aktrion Warriors’ finish time wins, simple! All we will suggest is that a £2 donation is made to RST for every prediction given.

Good to luck to all involved!!!
